About me

I worked for many years in the corporate world as a consultant specialising in lobbying and communications. One day I discovered that I had lost contact with my inner life. An important part of what had been me was absent, and I missed it. This happened in my mid thirties, certainly a classic age to encounter the middle passage in life, and many fundamental beliefs, values, family ties and personal relations were tried and examined.

For me it was this process (described very well in James Hollis’ book “The Middle Passage”) that inspired me to do inner work. The process led me to Zürich where I trained to become a Jungian Psychoanalyst. Since 2007 I have been active both as a private Jungian practitioner and as an executive coach in the corporate world. I live in Stockholm and work in Swedish, English and German, both face-to-face and online.

I trained at the C.G. Jung Institute in Zürich and am a graduate of The International School of Analytical Psychology (ISAP) in Zürich. ISAP contains the largest body of Jungian trainers and teachers in the world. It is dedicated to the further development and expansion of C.G. Jung’s Analytical Psychology. I am certified by the International Association for Analytical Psychology (IAAP).
