About Jungian Psychoanalysis

There are as many reasons to start Jungian Psychoanalysis as there are people. For some it is a way to deal with depression, for others it is a consequence of crisis and loss or just a wish to be more authentic in relationships and at work. Yet others are just curious about their own driving forces or about what their dreams really mean and want to get a clearer idea of in which direction life might take them.

Regardless of the reasons to start analysis, one’s way forward, or rather inward, depends not only on attaining psychological insight but also on integrity, stamina and fate. Analysis brings unconscious complexes and other contents hiding in the "shadow" of the psyche to light. It will stimulate transformative growth and maturity and assists in achieving a greater sense of wholeness and meaning in life.

Jungian Psychoanalysis can also deal with the deeper, spiritual and existential, aspects of life and being. In this age of explicit secularisation and dissolution of values and traditional human rituals and ties, our society has very little help to give to people that for different reasons feel that they need support during this process. Here, Jungian Psychoanalysis and the Jungian Psychoanalyst are invaluable tools for development.
